Yes — completely free to download and use as a rental seeker. Browse listings, swipe, save, chat with landlords, and apply to units at no cost.

How much does it cost to list a unit as an owner?

Our listing fees are 50% lower than comparable advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Contact us at service@roommatesplus.ca or book a call to get current pricing for your portfolio size.

What cities is RoommatesPlus available in?

How does the roommate matching work?

When you like a unit, you can tap "Find possible roommates" to see other seekers who have also liked the same listing. You can like or pass on their profiles, and when both of you match, you can start chatting to coordinate a shared application.

Is RoommatesPlus only for students?

While we're built with students in mind, anyone looking for a rental unit or shared housing is welcome. The app works equally well for young professionals, new graduates, and anyone navigating the rental market.
